We offer à la carte consulting services to help establishments and specialized care facilities implement the Montessori Freedom method in their daily activities and procedures.
We can also offer operational solutions in terms of design and architecture for any new-build childcare facility project.
Assistance for Montessori Certification
Our Montessori Certification Support program offers a progressive service, enabling establishments caring for the elderly and/or people with dementia, as well as those caring for children or adults with disabilities to :
- progress towards full implementation of the Montessori Method
- maintain control over their training budget
- adapting the professional practices of their teams as they go along
- open up the possibility of obtaining an internationally-recongnized certification.
Level 1 (★): Initial training and awareness
Objectif : Introduire les principes Montessori appliqués à la démence et sensibiliser l’ensemble du personnel.
Actions :
- Sensibilisation générale du personnel (soignants, animateurs, administratifs) aux bases de l’approche Montessori.
- Formation initiale pour comprendre les fondements de l’approche et identifier les premiers axes d'application.
- Introduction aux besoins spécifiques des résidents souffrant de démence.
Level 2 (★★): Setting up the environment and mobilizing Montessori practitioners
Purpose: To move on to the practical application of Montessori principles thanks to a suitable environment and trained practitioners.
Actions:
- Environmental design: Adapt spaces to promote autonomy, safety and anxiety reduction (signage, adapted furniture, stimulating objects).
- Mobilization of Montessori practitioners: Collaborate with certified practitioners to supervise and support the implementation of Montessori activities and tools.
- Development of adapted activities: Design personalized tasks (linked to residual abilities) and integrate them into daily routines.
- Observation and adjustments: Involve practitioners to evaluate initial results and adjust practices.
Level 3 (★★★) : Montessori International Certification
Purpose: To achieve worldwide recognition for excellence in the application of Montessori principles.
Actions:
- Review and adjustment of practices to meet international standards (Association Montessori Internationale - AMI).
- External audit conducted by an international certifying organization.
- Montessori Internationale certification, recognized worldwide.
- Communication of this certification to families and partners as a guarantee of quality and excellence.
